Norwood & BIC Graphic North America announced today that its Inside Sales team has been expanded and cross-trained to sell and support both product lines. This follows last year’s unification of Norwood & BIC Graphics Field Sales team in answer to distributors’ request to have one contact for both brands. Now, Inside Sales customers will also have the convenience of having one designated representative for all their Norwood Hard Goods, Norwood Calendars and BIC Graphic needs.
With over 180 years of combined experience within the Norwood & BIC Graphic organization, the Inside Sales team works hand-in-hand with distributors, readily available by phone or email during the course of the business day. Whether customers need assistance with pricing, presentations, promotional ideas, virtual samples or sales materials – all pre-sales needs can always be answered. They also proactively reach out to distributors regularly to make sure they are aware of the current promotions available to them – ensuring maximum customer profitability.
"After 2 years of managing the Norwood and BIC Graphic Inside Sales teams, it is exciting to bring them together as ONE team,” said Jill Stirnkorb, VP Inside Sales. “Not only did we add four additional representatives in March, but every customer we service will now have ONE contact for all of the BIC Graphic, Norwood Hard Goods and Calendar products."
The Inside Sales team expansion has resulted in some territory changes to ensure optimum coverage and attention to our distributors. Each customer will be contacted by their Inside Sales Representative and provided with contact information over the next two weeks. The team is strategically located in all three of our Manufacturing sites, allowing us to provide service from 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.
